Dinossom is a gentle Grass/Dragon Pal that's easy to catch early and doubles as a farming helper and a Dragon-team buffer. Its partner skill hardens your Dragon Pals, making it a useful support well beyond its low level.
Where to find Dinossom
Dinossom spawns across the grasslands and wooded areas of the map — including near the Plateau of Beginnings, the Small Cove, the Eastern Wild Islands and Ice Wind Island — both day and night, at low levels (around Lv 10–34). That makes it one of the earliest Dragon-typed Pals you can add to your team.
It's a Grass/Dragon type, so it takes extra damage from Fire (which counters Grass) and Ice (which counters Dragon). It's low-level, so a single strong attacker usually softens it enough to catch. The Electric variant, Dinossom Lux, is a separate Pal.
Dinossom's best uses: farming + a Dragon Defense buff
Dinossom's Fragrant Dragon skill increases the Defense of Dragon Pals in your party by 15% — a cheap, early way to make a Dragon-based team tankier. It's also a rideable ground mount, so it's handy for getting around before you unlock faster Pals.
At base it brings Planting 3 and Lumbering 3, and it drops Tomato and Lettuce Seeds — genuinely useful for kick-starting a berry-and-vegetable plantation early in the game.
