Bastigor guide

Bastigor is an Ice-type Pal in Palworld — the Feybreak tower boss and a rideable hammer-wielding beastman that brings the best Cooling value among the higher-rarity Pals. A catchable version spawns in the endgame, so you can add it to your team.

Where to find Bastigor

Bastigor is the Feybreak Tower boss (recommended level 60), fought against Bjorn. You can't catch it during the tower fight, but a wild Bastigor spawns in the endgame at Lv 75–80, including a large presence on the World Tree.

As a pure Ice type it's weak to Fire — bring Fire Pals and Fire moves like Blazamut, Suzaku, or a high-level Faleris. Fire also applies Burn, which chips at its high HP over the fight.

Blizzard Crash and Cooling 8

Bastigor can be ridden, and while mounted its Blizzard Crash skill delivers crushing blows with a hammer forged from ice — a heavy melee mount for wading into groups.

At the base it's a strong worker too: Cooling 8 (essential for refrigerators and cake-making), plus Lumbering 6 and Mining 5. The Cooling value alone makes it worth a permanent base slot once you're doing serious cooking or breeding.

Cooling 8 makes Bastigor ideal for the refrigeration you need to mass-produce Cake for breeding — assign one to your breeding base.

Bastigor — frequently asked questions

How do you get Bastigor in Palworld?

Bastigor is the Feybreak tower boss, but tower bosses can't be caught during the fight. To get one, catch the wild version that spawns in the endgame at Lv 75–80, with a large presence on the World Tree.

What is Bastigor weak to?

Bastigor is a pure Ice-type Pal, so it's weak to Fire. Bring Fire Pals and Fire moves — the Burn they apply also wears down its high HP.

Is Bastigor good for a base?

Yes. Bastigor has Cooling 8 — one of the best Cooling values in the game — plus Lumbering 6 and Mining 5, making it excellent for refrigeration, cake production and general resource work.
