Kingpaca is a Neutral-type king alpaca — a beefy 120-HP ground mount that gets tougher and faster the more Melpaca you keep in your party. It's a fun, sturdy travel mount with a genuinely useful stacking buff.
Where to find Kingpaca
The easiest Kingpaca is the field Alpha near the Small Settlement teleport, where it spawns around Lv 23 (often surrounded by Melpaca). Wild non-alpha Kingpaca are most reliable inside the No. 2 Wildlife Sanctuary.
It's Neutral type, so Dark attacks are super-effective. Knock its HP low and throw — its high HP means the fight takes a moment, so pack status effects.
Best use: a sturdy ground mount
Kingpaca's King of Muscles partner skill lets you ride it, and increases its Defense and Movement Speed by 5% for each Melpaca in your party — stack a full team of Melpaca and it becomes a notably tankier, faster mount.
It's a light base worker (Gathering 2), so keep it as a mount rather than a laborer.
Fill the rest of your party with Melpaca when you're riding Kingpaca long distances — each one adds 5% Defense and Speed to your mount.
