How to get Frostallion Noct: breeding only

Frostallion Noct does not spawn in the wild and isn't a boss — the only way to get it is to breed a Huge Dark Egg from Frostallion × Helzephyr (opposite genders). You'll need both parents first: Frostallion is the legendary boss of the Land of Absolute Zero, and Helzephyr is a Dark flyer from the same snowy endgame region.

Put the two in a Breeding Farm with Cake to produce the egg, then incubate it. Because both parents are high-end catches, this is a late-game project.

Frostallion Noct is a flying mount with an 1800 ride speed — among the fastest in the game — and its Black Steed partner skill changes your attack type to Dark, inflicts Blind 2, and increases your Attack by 10% while mounted. That makes it a devastating aerial attacker as well as a travel mount.

Its combat stats (140 HP, 140 ranged, 135 defense) are legendary-tier, so it holds up as a front-line carry, and its Gathering 7 makes it a surprisingly strong base worker too.

Frostallion Noct's Dark attack conversion is ideal against Neutral Pals — ride it to shred the many Neutral targets Frostallion's own Ice attack can't exploit.
