Blazamut is a Fire-type Legendary Pal — a hulking magma golem that hits harder in melee than almost anything and buffs your team every time you land a kill. It lives in the western volcano, so the heat is as much an obstacle as the fight.
Where to find Blazamut
Blazamut spawns as a Field Alpha Boss on Mount Obsidian, in the western volcanic region of the map. Palworld 1.0 relocated it to an open spot on the volcano (around -737, -332) rather than the old mineshaft, so head to the Foot of the Volcano area to find it. The spawn map above pins its location.
It's a Fire type, so Water attacks are super-effective — bring Water Pals and Water moves. The volcano floor deals heat and fire damage, so equip Heat Resistant armour and healing before you engage.
Magma Kaiser and base work
Blazamut has the highest melee attack of the Fire legendaries (150), and its Magma Kaiser partner skill increases the Attack and Defense of the Pal fighting alongside you by 5% every time you defeat an enemy — a snowballing team buff for long fights.
It can be ridden, and at the base it's a genuine dual-purpose worker: Mining 7 (top-tier for ore) plus Kindling 6 for furnaces. Between the mining output and the combat buff, it earns a permanent slot.
